I would like to give a very special thank you to the Harris County Toll Road Authority for indulging me.
I would also like to thank Patricia Friese, the Public Information Officer, for arranging and
Clenton Wilson, Construction Manager, for giving me this personal tour of the tollway.
Mr. Wilson has overseen all of the projects for the HCTRA. From #1 until present.

FYI: You may notice the signs for the tollway have a purple background. The official name for this purple is "Tinkle Bell".
It was originally developed by 3M for Disney.
