SH190 (President George Bush Turnpike) and 161

Originally designated as Loop 9, Dallas' second freeweay loop is now being formed by 190 on the north and 161 on the west. Initial activity on these facilities began in the early 1990's, and substantial progess has been made in recent years. 190 and a short northern section of 161 are being developed as a tollway; the remaining 161 will be a freeway.
