The Old TX3-US90 - Trinity River Bridge consists of three Parker Through truss spans. The bridge is located just west of the city Liberty. The approach from the west is a long elevated formed concrete bridge. The river bridge is in moderate condition. The is a significant amount of rust and the has sustained structural damage at the joint between the east and center spans.

The next the location which once held the dedication plaque. It was mounted on the right side just above the guardrail.
