US 183 North

The north section of 183 is also a major traffic disaster, possibly Austin's second worst. (Some may argue that I-35 is the second worst disaster.) The present six-lane highway is being upgraded to a six-lane freeway with six lane feeders. The northern terminus of this section of freeway will connect with the 183A facility, which will be a tollway. 183 north
